After graduating in architecture (Polytechnic of Milan, Italy, with studies at the Oslo School of Architecture and Design, Norway), Massimo moved to London to join Claudio Silvestrin Architects. He was involved in a wide variety of projects including private residences - large and small, commercial projects for clients such as Giorgio Armani and illycaffè to the Museum for Sandretto Re Rebaudengo Foundation in Turin, Italy.

Massimo has a solid working experience and a passion for architecture made with integrity. His sensitivity, clarity of mind and inventiveness is reflected in his architecture - elegant but not ostentatious. He was the managing editor of BMM magazine and his writings on architecture and design have appeared in many publications such as Wallpaper*, Interni, GraziaCasa, Ottagono and Arkitekton. Since 2013, he works as journalist specialising in architecture, design, art and fashion for Living, the design magazine of Italian Corriere della Sera and has an ongoing collaboration with Interni. He is the author of the book Design Talks: Contemporary Creatives on Architecture and Design.

In addition to architectural design, from 2004 to 2011, he also developed the press office for Claudio Silvestrin architects and, from 2009, for the practice 1+1=1 architects. For Massimo, more than 20 years adventure in London, where he currently lives and works, has become a network of international contacts not only in architecture but also in journalism, media and the art world.

Massimo’s communication and PR skills are built on the ability to establish and nurture valuable relationships. His ability to keep up to date on art, architecture, media and current issues allows him to anticipate upcoming trends.
